Gateway Storage, Kettering, Ohio:  Our work for Gateway consisted of earthwork, underground utilities, asphalt, and concrete.

Rocket Community Wellness Center, Fayetteville, Ohio:  Loveland Excavating and Paving is laying the groundwork for the Rocket Community Wellness Center for the Fayetteville-Perry Local School District.

This state-of-the-art facility will serve both students and the surrounding community, featuring:

- Educational spaces for academic growth

- Health service areas to promote wellness

- Workforce development resources for career advancement

We're proud to be working on this exciting project for HGC as the general contractor.

Village of Greenhills Walking Trail, Hamilton County, Ohio:  Loveland Excavating and Paving is proud to be part of a project that combines history, community, and connection with the outdoors. The Village of Greenhills, one of only three federally planned greenbelt communities in the United States from the 1930s—and the only one that has fully preserved its greenbelt—is expanding its legacy with the addition of a new walking trail.

Our team is handling the cutting out, grading, and gravel work to establish a durable foundation for the path. This groundwork lays the way for a trail that will allow residents and visitors to enjoy nature, stay active, and connect with one another for years to come.

Petersburg Apartment Community, Hebron, Kentucky:  We've just broken ground and our crew is on site, clearing the land and getting it ready for what’s ahead. Over the coming months, we’ll be taking on all the earthwork and underground utilities, completing the tear-down of an existing house, and building an 80-foot bridge that will stretch across the creek at the front of the property. When it’s all said and done, this 15-acre site will be home to 268 new apartment units, bringing much-needed housing to the area—and we’re proud to help lay the groundwork.

Maple Grove Subdivision, Springfield, Ohio:  Loveland Excavating and Paving is handling all earthwork and underground utility installation for what will soon become a 110-home community in Springfield, Ohio.

Carriage Park Apartments, Huber Heights, Ohio:  Loveland Excavating and Paving is handling all earthwork and underground utility installation for this 168-unit apartment complex with clubhouse and pool, located on  8+ acres. This thriving residential community has been growing steadily, with single-family homes, condos, and townhomes built by just about every major homebuilder around. Now, we’re helping shape the next phase.
