About Us:

Loveland Excavating, Inc. was founded in October 1996, for the purpose of providing complete excavating services to the construction and development industry. The Company has one office serving Central Ohio and the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky markets. Located in Cincinnati, we are the fastest growing excavating contractors in the Southwest Ohio area.

Loveland Excavating provides complete excavating services from turn-key site development to secondary utilities. Our field superintendents and equipment operators have an average of 15 years experience in the excavating industry. We utilize late model Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai and John Deere equipment.

Matthew J. Brennan

A noted real estate builder and developer formed the company in Fall 1996. Prior to forming his own company, The Brennan Group, Inc., Mr. Brennan was Vice President of Towne Properties, Ltd. During his seven-year tenure at Towne, he directed the building and development of over 2,000 dwelling units and 500 single-family lots with a total value in excess of $60 million dollars. Matt acts as Chief Executive Officer of Loveland Excavating, Inc.
